Ingredients
- Thin ginger root slices
- Lemon juice [For flavoring]
- 5 cups of water
How-To
Put the ginger to boil in the water that you’ve already put in a preheated pan. Once the ginger starts to release slight pigmentation as well as aroma, take it off the stove and let it cool for about fifteen minutes.
Strain the mixture and squeeze out some lemon juice for some extra flavor.
It’s best to take a glass of your ginger water every morning so that you can speed up your metabolism. A glass before dinner is great as well.
