To use it, add seven drops of both peppermint and eucalyptus oil in a dark glass bottle and mix them with two tablespoons of olive oil. Store the container somewhere away from direct sunlight. At last, you will be able to use this remedy.

5. Sesame Oil and Lemon

Cut them into small pieces and wrap them in a cotton cloth. Now dip the lemon in some warm sesame oil. Finally, place the cloth on the affected area and wait for 10 minutes for it to take effect. Repeat this process two times every day or until the pain is completely gone.

For even better results, drink the lemon juice with a half a teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of warm water. Besides, this is an excellent morning drink that will help completely detoxify your body.

6. Fenugreek Seeds

These seeds have powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. As such, they can be immensely useful for relieving knee pain. To use them, you have to soak them first. In a filtered water, add one teaspoon of fenugreek seeds and let them soak overnight.

Next, roast them and store them in a proper airtight container/jar. Now, use two teaspoons of this powder and add some water to make an adequate thick paste. Apply this paste on the affected area and let it sit for half an hour.

Finally, wash the area with some warm water and repeat the same procedure two times per day in a week.

7. Turmeric Powder

This powder is by far the most favorite remedy across the world. It contains anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties which make this remedy the best for reducing knee pain. To use it add one-half teaspoon of both turmeric and ground ginger in a cup of water and bring it to a boil.
