The President of the Angiogenesis Foundation, Dr. William Li, made a presentation about TED talks. In his presentation, he talks about how to find new manners of curing cancer or many other deadly afflictions.
The procedure in which human bodies form new blood vessels is what Angiogenesis Foundation currently researchers. Since blood vessels are the key to life, on the other hand, the key to death, the process is of extreme importance. Human and healthy bodies, form new blood vessels after an injury, along with the gestation, or just because of normal regeneration.
The microscopic cancer cells are not able to develop and spread in the body if there is no blood flow. However, it can happen for cancer cells to change and take control over the angiogenesis and create the required new vessels, and blood flow.
There is a process, anti-angiogenesis, that prevents the forming of new blood vessels that are food for cancer and tumors. In the world’s markets, there are anti-angiogenic medications that FDA approved. Anyway, Dr. Li supports proper food and diet as prevention, before the development and progress of cancer in the body.

Daily Intake of Food and Cancer
Dr. Li conducted a research in which he discovered that the diet affects about 30-35% of the acquired cancers. Thus, the doctor began a study on anti-angiogenic foods that are able to block the blood vessels feeding cancers. Shortly, he wants to find foods that will famish the cancer cells.
Foods That Fight Cancer
Well, which food should we eat if we want to fight cancer? The research foundation of Dr. Li is progressively analyzing the foods. Anyway, he strongly recommends eating veggies and fruits, like strawberries, oranges, apples, peaches, blueberries, cauliflower, grapes, tomatoes, carrots, kale, broccoli, sweet potatoes, onion, and spinach.
Also, he recommends eating grains and seeds such as oats, rice, whole grains, beans and legumes, lentils and chick peas.
What Do We Not Have on the List?
