How to Use

Now that your essential garlic oil is ready, you have to apply it. To do this, add a bit of the oil on the affected painful area and massage it. After that, cover the area with a plastic bag and wrap it. This way, you can keep some of the materials warm and in place.

Besides, after a couple of days, you might notice an improvement. Furthermore, the garlic oil can boost circulation and the function of the joints, which in the end can help treat the pain. But, if you want this therapy to work, you will have to try it for 2 months.

Even if this healing process takes time, it can still be highly effective. But, for best results, use it in the evening and wait for the garlic to take effect during the night. This way, you can rinse your legs in the morning, without wasting any time.
